On June 29, 2014, Hi-sea shipped an order of marine power cable to India. The order included CJ86/SC 0.6/1kV 3 x 70mm² is used for power trasmission on the cargo ship.

Before delivery, routine tests have been carried out as follows in accordance with LR rules and regulations part 6, chapter 2 section 10.2.1 and standard IEC 60092-350,60092-353: 1. Measurement of electrical resistance of conductors both in workshop and laboratory, 2. Insulation resistance measurement. 3. High voltage test. All inspections proved satistfactory.

The ship building project is a big win for Hi-sea in South Asia, laying a solid foundation for the development of Hi-sea brand in the region, and reinforcing Hi-sea’s solid reputation.
